Notes (Dev Thoughts)

Hey, I'm back with the milk and a new update. Jokes aside, this is a pretty minor update on the surface, besides all the graphical updates. I learned a lot of backend stuff to make future updates smoother and hopefully you don't have to restart your saves (not guaranteed) anymore. There's at least a hint system now, so it's not as bad when you do need to restart though. Other than that, I revised a lot of my plans for the writing of the characters and general story. 

However, I did remake all the of the interactions to be more in the VN style like I planned. This also means all the graphics for the interactions are updated and more consistent to what I want. Some of the older story events need to be remade, but I think it's fine for now since they're literally at the beginning. But I do want to remake some of the animations since I feel like I've gotten better, but that's pretty low priority too. 

For the future, I want to definitely work on the main story since I finally have a semi-solid idea of where I want the story to go. I still plan on expanding the stuff I already have implemented in addition to playing around with some sort of gallery feature. But the next update will mainly prioritize story and animation stuff. Other than all of that, hopefully I don't get hyper-fixated on another hobby so I can work on this game some more.
